GPF Exiting IDE or compiled EXE

I get a 'Fatal Error' using ChartFX 98 when exiting the VB 6 IDE or from the 

compiled program.  I searched through the online knowledge base, but I 

didn't see anything too helpful.  I upgraded to the latest service pack (11) 

and it still happens.  I am using an ADO connection.  I'm not sure it makes 

a difference.  Any help would be appreciated.
