Error CFX61B1-3000:Image Generation Error

I am getting this error on one of the three productions servers in our

extranet farm.  The other servers (X and Y)are configured identically to

this one (Z), and they display the chart correctly. I followed the

instructions -

the ChartFX website, but still get the error.  Any suggestions?

We are running - ChartFX Version=5,5,1,0
