Can't get the Series(x).Picture to accept a picture

I'm trying to load a JPEG image on to a series within a bar chart.  I 

have loaded the chart with data and used the LoadPicture method for the 

image, but everytime I try apply the image to the Picture property, the 

web page bombs and I get a ASP 0115 Error.

I've checked the series, it created fine.  I just can't seem to apply 

the image to picture property.  In some cases I have got it to work but 

in most I can't.  I'm unable to Isolate the diferences between my 

working test pages and a production page.

Are there any other prerequestises that I'm not aware of?

I believe the problem is related to adding the image.  The problem seems 

to happen when I use the export method to generate an image based on the 

chart.  If I don't apply the image to the bar chart, it will export fine.
