Maps Conversion SVG

We are trying to use a SVG file with Chart FX map extension. The file 

has been created by a vectorization tool (Corel Draw Tracer). The file 

has been converted to SVG using Corel Draw 12.0. The resulting SVG file 

looks pretty good but uses curves not lines (lineTo elements) which are 

not supported by the map extension. Is there any way to create correct 

SVG maps with Corel Draw ?

A sample path looks like this:
