Print via toolbar or menu crashes IE

I'm new to this list so I apologize if this question has been answered 

before, but when i try to print via either the toolbar or menu IE crashes 

with the following error:

I'm using the CFXIE2000 trial edition on IIS 4.0 browsing with IE5. 

Is this a known bug, and if so is there a patch available or one coming in 

the future?
