C:\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\WindowsApplication1\licenses.licx Could not transform licenses file 'licenses.licx' into a binary resource. (1) : error LC0004 : Exception occured creating type 'System.ComponentModel.LicenseException' I tried all the options listed in the news groups, but still not able to solve the problem.
