PDF Render?

According to this article PDF is supposed to be supported as a rendering 

method.

I am unable to find any more references to PDF in the help files or 

object/properties.

Ideally we are looking for a charting package that can run as a web service 

and hand out high DPI (printable) chart images for inclusion into a PDF 

document/report.

Dundas does not support this and as far as I can tell neither does ChartFX. 

I have seen posts that say the .NET framework does not allow for the setting 

of DPI. I was very hopeful when I found this reference to rendering PDF. We 

would have no problem with the charting package outputing a PDF file since 

you can merge together PDF files using all of the popular .NET PDF 

comopents. How do I do I get Chart FX to render my chart as a PDF?
