Error with print properties

When we bring up the Print dialog for a chart, if we click on the

Properties... button we get a

Function address 0xNNNNNNN cause a protection fault. (exception code

0xc00000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.

Is this a known issue and if so is there a fix?
