Exception System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Access is denied.

Hi,

my winform application using ChartFX is showing exception for some of users.
It seems some problem related to SoftwareFX.ChartFX.Base. Following is the stack trace details:

System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Access is denied.

   at System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException.ThrowCryptogaphicException(Int32 hr)

Any ideas on how to fix?
