Toolbox items not available

I have pucrahsed Chart FX for Reporting Services to run with BIDS 2008. After an install the items are not on the toolbox. When i right click and choose items (as per instructions) The Chartfx controls are not available for selection.

The frustrating thing is that the trial worked propertly - but i have since uninstalled it.

Please advise on next steps.
