archana.kolambe Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 Hello, i am using chartFX 6.2. On server suddently i started facing licensing related error. It is displaying message "invalid license (00100800). Please contact softwareFX support.". It is happening when i am displaying it as image on client browser. Production has licensed version of chartFX. Reinstalling this component is not that much feasible on my case as this error is happening on production server. rocioZ Posted October 7, 2010 Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 The invalid license (100800) means there is a different between machine information in registry and machine information extracted at runtime. When the product is installed, the license keeps record of machine-specific information such as IP, MAC address, and others. This problem is usually solved by performing a clean installation. If you need further assistance, you can contact our support staff directly at support[AT]softwarefx.com.
