Inverse / Reverse Bar Chart?

I was wondering if there is a way to draw a bar graph in a reverse manner? I have a Y-Axis range of -10 > -150. The "-10" value is at the top of the Y-Axis and the "-150" value is at the bottom of the Y-Axis. Whenever I draw a graph, it always draws the value from "-10" towards the "-150". Is there a way to make the chart draw from the "-150" towards the "-10"?
