ben_kamau Posted May 11, 2010 Report Share Posted May 11, 2010 Hello,I work for a company that is using fully licensed Chart FX for one of its applications.There are two components to Chart FX for our setup:-1. Chart FX Gauges for .NET2. Chart FX for Visual Studio 2005Recently the server that this setup was running on was changed to a new Virtual Machine hosted on a blade server (so the physical hardware has changed, although as its a VM, in theory it should replicate the previous setup).Since that migration we have recieved the following error message for all the charts within the application:-"Invalid Chart FX Gauges License (0x00100800). Please contact Software FX, Inc. Support." Could it be that Chart FX is tied to the hardware and needs to be reinstalled or something...?
