valentinev Posted March 31, 2010 Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 Hello, We are migrating from Windows Server 2003 x32 SP2 to Windows Server 2008 x64 SP2. ChartFX .NET 6.2 is installed on our 2003 servers & is required for some of our applications to work & it's working fine. Now, since we are migrating our applications from Windows 03 to Windows Server 2008, we must also install ChartFX .NET 6.2. Once we installed it & ran one of our applications, we get an "Invalid ChartFX License 3100000" error. We've tried to uninstall & reinstall the product, but still, we get the same error... rocioZ Posted March 31, 2010 Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 When you install Chart FX, it records machine-specific information such as the IP and the MAC Address (and similar information). If more than one piece of information changes, the chart control may throw this license error. This error means that there was a difference between the machine information in the registry and the machine information extracted at runtime. You will need to reinstall the product as an administrator as this will record the machine information again.
