sadlion Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 Hello, I'm developing a windows application with ChartFX COM v6.2 which was purchased in August, 2008. When I tested an application in clean PC, ChartFX control wasn't showed properly and showed only error message " Invalidate License 1000000, please contact SoftwareFx". Could you help me? I checked about this error, I found that I need the License String to relsolve this problem. How can I get the License String and example code? Thanks. They will be able to provide you further information to get a License String. Do not forget to send them your product serial numbers as well. juanZ Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 When license is generated, it embeds some information about the machine manufacturer, windows directories, windows serial number and so other infotmation. So, if you have installed the license in several machines, our server will detect this and will make chart raise something like this. So, please as Rocio said, write us your information including your product serial number in order to verify if there is an issue related dicrectly to your license key.
