I need to uninstall ChartFX 7 from my Windows XP machine and reinstall on Windows 7 machine with the same key.
I dont see nay option to uninstall ChartFX 7 on my XP machine. Add/Remove Programs is not uninstalling the application. It just removes the application from the Add/Remove Programs list but not unregistering the license. When I try to install on the Windows 7 machine is says the license is in use.
I am connected to the internet when I removed the application from Add/Remove Programs
Please suggest.
