Fixed it on my end by adding /i:ChartFX.dll to the end of the command line used to generate the app.exe.license file. According to the documentation I should have only had to reference the DLLs in the project but that did not work.

I have a similar issue: Licenses.licx (1) : error LC0003 : Unable to resolve type 'ChartFX.WinForms.Chart, ChartFX.WinForms, Version=7.0.2893.24805, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=a1878e2052c08dce' It would be nice to see a solution to this
