What is the proper method for creating a time series plot where we use a number for Y and a date for X and each series may have different counts and dates? All of my attempts have resulted in the chart connecting the missing points back to the beginning points incorrectly. additionally, the grid displays the unmatched by date columns at the right of the grid instead of the order they were added.

I have a datatable with 3 columns 1. String called SeriesFields 2. Double called Field1 3. DateTime called SampleDate I add 25 rows to the datatable The first twelve rows have a string value of "A" The remaining thirteen rows have a string vlaue of "B" I then use the cross tab tool to create two series of data and map the fields. So now i have two series with different counts. The grid shows the missing values at the end or right side and the for Series B that has more points the line chart draws a line from the 12th point back to the first point.
