Can you provide a small repro case for your issue.

The properties defining the size of the data are Series and Points. Both are of 32-bit integers and will take values from 0 to Int32.Max = 2147483647 . Keep in mind that while that is the numeric boundary (you can create a charts with any size under the legal boundary) a chart with '100million series x 100million points' painted as a BAR will not be readable.
