User (Legacy) Posted August 15, 2002 Report Share Posted August 15, 2002 Hi All, I downloaded latest Pocket ChartFX trial version , after get it installed my EVc++(4.0) crashed, even I uninstall then re install it, my evc++ still crash when I tried to load or create project. Software FX Posted August 16, 2002 Report Share Posted August 16, 2002 When did you download Chart FX for .NET ? We fixed this problem a while ago. The new install should not cause this problem. To fix your computer you have two options: 1) Install Pocket PC 2002 SDK, this will make Pocket Chart FX work without a problem. 2) Remove Chart FX pocket PC and then go to the registry under " HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Tools\Platform Manager" an remove all keys referencing cfx4032ce.ocx We have not made a compatibility test with EVc++ 4.0. -- FP Software FX, Inc. The option 1 could not apply me because I use Wince.net, Pocket 2002 SDK is not compatiable with EVC4.0. Option 2 is just remove the softwate from PC. Do you have any plan to release your software for EVC4.0? If you like I can test it for you. Software FX Posted August 20, 2002 Report Share Posted August 20, 2002 As EVC 4 is still in Beta we are still in the process of testing compatibility with it. By removing the registry entries that I mentioned before after Chart FX installation, you should be able to use Chart FX within EVC4.
