A few minor bugs

I've got a few minor bugs that my users have reported. Is there anything 

that can be done about the following issues: 

1) There is no way to change the legend background color directly.  You can 

change it associated with the Chart Properties dialog\background color, but 

if you right click the chart background and change the color, the legend 

does not change also. 

2) Very Minor - When I open the graph properties dialog, go to the Axes tab 

and click details, the dialog for Axis Properties appears exactly on top of 

the previous dialog without any visual cue that the other dialog is still 

open until I close the Axis dialog. Is there any way to offset its position 

a little bit?
