User (Legacy)
Justin, No, changing color settings has no effect. If it can help, I have found in some postings that there are palette settings in the registry /local_machine/softrwareFX/chartFX/palettes/ or something like that. On our server I did not foung any such settings. I tried to reinstall ChartFX and run service packs too.. Any ideas? Justin Trask wrote in message <9YVb#CNfAHA.2220@sfxserver.softwarefx.com>... Hello, Check the video settings on your server to make sure that it is set to True Color. The ChartFX IE Documentation help file that comes with ChartFX IE 2000 gives a detailed explanation as to your video settings and how it can affect the display of your chart colors. IMPORTANT NOTE: In an effort to provide the most advanced solutions in conjunction with the most comprehensive technical support structure, Software FX will implement a Paid-Support Program beginning January 1, 2001 for all existing and future Software FX application users. The specific details of the Paid-Support Program will be released in an upcoming broadcast e-mail, as well as on our website. Please be aware that the online technical support web site at http://support.softwarefx.com will continue to be available without charge. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks, Nick Simonov nsimonov@investorforce.com
