The documentation items are grayed out because we don't have an update

I called and got the suggestion to shut down the IIS Admin service and

then leave it shut down during the installation. That did the trick.

The server components all got updated.

However, in the component tree the client components are all grayed out

don't respond to clicks to produce check marks. This is also the case

for the two documentation components: the API and Internet

documentation components are grayed out.

I there something else I need to do to be able to update the

documentation and client components ?

Thanks,

When trying to install the "Server Service Pack" I get the following

error message:

Error Installing Chart FX IE Server [80004005]

Also, if I un-check and then check the "Server Components" and the

"Other" checkboxes, and then try the install, the process sometimes

completes without an error message but nothing appears to have been

updated. For example, my version number for the CfxIESrv.dll is still

4.5.15.2 instead of the 4.5.17.0 update.

Any suggestions ? Thank you.
