[Highlight selected cell in surface chart]

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to highlight the active cell of a surface chart like in the screenshot attached (using a competitor's chart control).

I've noticed the chart.Highlighting event fires when mouse hovers the surface chart but nothing happens.
