[How to get the correct x axis value on each scroll]

hello,

I want to get the correct x axis value on each scroll of chart. I am using chart userScroll event . Chart is of line chart and x axis  displays datime value i want to get the correct datetime value on each scroll of the scroll bar. Can any one help me  how can i do that. i require this quickly....
