[Design Time license for 'ChartFX.WinForms.Chart']

Look could you Please explain how to solve this.  I have a main dll that uses a chart (so i know about the dll thing)  but i have 36 projects that share that library that contains the dll.

 

I'm upgrading from fx7 to fx8 and just keep banging my head against the wall spending Hours trying to resolve this.
