Hi Andre, I emailed my web.config to tech support last Thursday as requested but have yet to receive a response. I've noticed a number of other users have had the same problem. Has this been resloved yet?

Site's back up again. Read an earlier post and renamed the web.bak to web.config as suggested. This is a pretty serious bug. Has it been resloved yet? I have to make a decision whether to buy this product for my organistion fairly soon. This isn't helping. Please let me know as soon as you can what the resloution is (if any). I've already emailed support with the affected web.config file.

I downloaded and installed the trial version of Dataparts for Sharepoint 2007 about an hour ago. It broke my entire site giving the above error. I uninstalled the program and Sharepoint is still down (exact error)! What do I do?? Please respond ASAP.
