ChartFX license issue

We have the application running in the production site and it's backed up

with SAN storage. Whenever there is any problem, the DR (disaster recovery)

site will be turned on and the whole system will be mirrored to the DR

servers. And the production server will be off.

When we test the DR system several months ago, it works fine with the

charts. However, we test again last week, all the charts becomes 'Invalid

license'... How can we cater this kind of system setup to make sure the

charts are working fine in the DR site?

Are you generating images or .NET Client (active) content. If you are

generating .NET, it looks like you may have different versions for the

server and client pieces, make sure both servers are updated.

For this type of specific questions you should have a better results by

contacting Software FX support directly.

  • 2 weeks later...

It works in the production environment but failed after the whole system

mirrored to the DR environment.

So, it doesn't seem like related to the version issue.

BTW, does ChartFX support system mirror?

Or is there anyway to re-register the license key?

I've sent email to the supoort already but no reply at all...

Thanks,

Viki
