sstranger
Is it possible to have multiple lines with out-gauge? Regards, Stefan Strangerhttp://weblog.stranger.nl

sstranger
Hi Marco, Pitty ;-( Thanks for your fast response. Regards,Stefan Strangerhttp://weblog.stranger.nl
marco.shaw
Does that pose a technical problem? Anything you pass to out-gauge can be packaged in a .ps1 script or maybe even a function... Care to elaborate?
JuanC
If by multiple lines you mean "Can I have multiple needles in a gauge" then the answer is YES. You can have multiple indicators (needles or markers in a gauge). You can also have multiple scales in a gauge. JuanC
sstranger
Hi JuanC, I just wanted to know if it would be possible to have more lines in the out-gauge digital panel. Like: this is line one this is line two In one digital panel. Regards, Stefan
marco.shaw
Something like the attached? I'm not sure how to change the text in each just yet, but I'm sure it can be done easily enough. Have a problem with the framing and such? sstranger
Hi Marco, Yes that could do, but it would be nicer if it was just one gauge. And would this work for Vista Sidebar Gadget? Regards,Stefan Strangerhttp://weblog.stranger.nl
marco.shaw
These should all work in Vista. I've not tried it though. I can make it look like one gauge by removing the surrounding frame of each innergauge. Will that work?
IGSFX
This would be essentialy a digital panel gauge with other digital panel inner gauges. If you remove their borders it will look like a multiline gauge. You can access the innergauge values with -InnerGauges_0_DigitalPanel_Value, replacing 0 with the corresponding index. You will need to play with the layout alignment, for which using the Creator is the best way to go. If you add the innergauges with the Template Creator, then you can access them directly in your script. If you do everything in the cmdlet, then you will need to add innergauges using -InnerGauges_Add Digital. This works in Vista Sidebar as well as desktop.
