User (Legacy)
What can we do (other than installing .NET framework on each client manually) to prompt a client to install, or silently install the .NET framework. I had no idea this product would require that each client have the .NET framework in order to see the interactive chart. This is a hugh problem. When will the COM solution to the .NET product be available. I have been using the COM version of ChartFX for years and just recently converted to .NET. The client have to see more than the image. Software FX
There is no way around that, the .NET framework has to be installed BEFORE any .NET control can run. We already have a COM-base ActiveX control available that runs inside IE and does not require the .NET framework, please contact Software FX Support for instructions about where to get it and how to use it. -- Francisco Padron www.chartfx.com
