MattB Posted August 17, 2007 Report Share Posted August 17, 2007 Hi, We have a app server running a slightly older build version of 6.2 compared with our other servers. For info: the 6.2 build version on the server we wish to upgrade is 6.2.2530.x. The version we want to upgrade to in order to bring all our servers in line with the same version (i.e. 6.2.2685.x.) I've downloaded the latest service pack from http://support.softwarefx.com/ProductBase.aspx?Product=CfxNet62&option=0 by selecting the "Download Installer". It says in the panel that this is 6.2.2685.15628 which is the one I want. However opening the "SfxProdInfo" tool after downloading the sp it says that the sp upgrade version is 6.2.2530.x (I'm looking at the "Update" column in the tool) so it looks like the sp upgrade is not for 6.2.2685.x. To clarify - We need the sp upgrade to 6.2.2685.x. Can I download this somewhere else on the sfx site ? Thanks, Matt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the meantime, you can apply the latest SP from the following location: http://support.softwarefx.com/ShowInteractive.aspx?Product=CfxNet62&option=0 Hope this helps.
