GridFX - "Serial number has not been registered." error when try to unlock trial

When I enter the serial number provided from your trial download process, I receive the error message, "Serial number has not been registered.  Please check your serial number."  I have tried pasting the serial number and entering it by hand.  To verify it is nothing specific to my system, I had a buddy in the next office try and he received the same error.
