kalyan_nani Posted May 2, 2007 Report Share Posted May 2, 2007 HI, In one of my servers there are 2 versions of chartfx (chartfx6.x and chartfx70) are running . inplace of chart its showing "Failed To Download Chart- ProtocolError Bad Gateway(502)" error . This error is coming freequently. when ever this problem arises i am restarting the chartfx PSS Service. It works fine for few minutes and again throwing the same error on Charfx70 please help us to resolve the issue. Your help is greatly appreciated.
