FE Localization Resource string doesn't work

Hello, 

I have upgraded the Financial Extension to v4.0.15.2 and compiled a new 

Localization project. 

I translated everything including the added "Change" and Financial Toolbar 

Strings. 

The "Change" string works fine but the "Financial Toolbar" string doesn't 

translate. 

I cannot figure out what to do more.
