Registering components on target

I'm having a problem in that I don't think that the chartFX component is on

the target that I'm running my application on.  I'm running either the

emulator for PocketPC 2003 or the actual device and developing with embedded

Visual C++ 4.0.  When I try to bring up a chart on a dialog box, the box

won't come up and causes an error.  I think the problem is that the

Cfx4032ce.ocx file is not on the target and thus the chart control cannot be

displayed.  How do I get this file registered on either the PocketPC 2003

device or on the emulator?  Also which file do I use as there are many of

them?  My build is a WCE ARMV4 build.  Any help would be appreciated.
