No Virtual Directories in Win 2003 server install

Tried installing ChartFX Internet 5.5 on a Windows 2003 server and it

doesn't create the virtual directories that we have on the Win 2k server.

Is this normal?  It doesn't work so we're thinking that the missing virtual

directories may be the issue.  The install dialog listing the elements it's

going to install shows the virtual directories listed (amongst 5 or 6 other

items) but not checked and you can't check it yourself (it ignores it).

Any ideas?
