WebBarFX not displaying on Windows Server 2003

Hi,

We've installed WebBar FX on a new Windows Server 2003 machine, but cannot

get the menu to display.  We've tried the exact installation on a Windows

2000 & XP machines and it works fine.

It is a ASP.NET site and uses ChartFX charts and these display correctly.

When we load the page we get the install CAB file dialog, and the WebBar

control is loaded into the Downloaded Program Files folder correctly.  But

the page refuses to display, I'm assuming this is a licensing problem?  But

there is no "cannot download license" error, the page is completely blank.

Any ideas?
