I'm using ChartFX IE2000 on my Windows 2000 Server and getting the following

in my Security Log:

Privileges -

I'm getting multiple entries for this event per hour. The file in question

(SfxCgiWC.ini) has READ&EXECUTE and READ permissions for the IUSR account.

Obviously I don't want this happening and would like to know what's going

on.
