CFX98: Font scaling solved

Hi,

Recently, I had a problem with font scaling when

the Chart FX Paint() method was used to produce

the zoomed output on display (or printed page

shrinked, let's say, to 50%).  The problem was

that font sizes used by Chart FX were not scaled

proportionally to the rest of the chart.

Here is the working example which demonstrates

the solution on the display. The same painting code

can be used for a printer, independently on

the target device resolution.

The solution is described inside the source texts.
