Legend Box - background with bitmap

hello,

I am using VC++ with ChartFX 98.

Can anyone tell me if possible to have a bitmap

for the legend box as a background.  I know how to

place a bitmap for my chart as a background.

The solution I wanted is not by setting the background

as transparent.
