General question about toolbars

Hi! 

Can anyone explain me why the chart toolbar is saved to the file along with 

data? 

Consider the following scenario. 

My app customizes the chart toolbar by removing and disabling several 

buttons and adding new buttons specific to my app only. 

Then I export the chart to a .chd file and give it to you. 

You load the file in your application and what do you see? 

The toolbar has changed, many options has been disabled and removed so you 

can't perform some actions with chart. And you see some new toolbar buttons 

but clicking on them does nothing (since only me app knows what to do). 

So why to save toolbars to .chd files? 

They are property of the application not the chart's property. 

Is there any way not to save toolbars to .chd file so that when loaded a 

default toolbar is displayed?
