Problems with SetScrollView / GetScrollView

Hi! 

I have several problems with SetScrollView / GetScrollView. 

1) Sometimes after calling SetScrollView the chart is displayed incorrectly. 

See the attached clip.jpg. 

2) The help states that "When (G/SetScrollView) applied to a categorical 

axis (e.g. X Axis) the Min and Max are integer numbers that range from 1 to 

the number of points you have in the  axis". 

However, when I call GetScrollView with the chart showed in clip.jpg the 

function returns Min=-13.70 and Max=1.3. Why?
