Assign individual points to secondary Y-axis?

Is it possible to assign individual points of different series to the 

secondary Y-Axis? What I want to accomplish is this - I need to chart dollar 

amounts on the left side of the chart and percentages on the right. The 

percentage amounts are the last point in every series  - the way I thought I 

might be able to do this is assign the last point of every series to the 

secondary Y axis, then format as percentage? Is this possible or is there a 

different approach i should try? 

Example: 

Series 1: 100,000, 150,000, 30% 

Series 2: 239,000, 120,000, 45% ,etc.
