First of all let me point out the there is more than one context menu, they 

vary depending on where you click, for example, if you click on an axis you 

get a diferent menu than if you click on a data point (series). 

These context menus can be customized by adding or removing sub-items to the 

following commands: 

 CFX_ID_CM_SERIES, 

 CFX_ID_CM_BACKGROUND, 

 CFX_ID_CM_AXIS, 

 CFX_ID_CM_TITLE, 

These items can be customized at both design and run-time.
