Y axis ticks problem

Hi, 

whenever I set min and max values for Y-axis using 

m_axisY->put_Min(m_minY); 

m_axisY->put_Max(m_maxY); 

and sign for  m_minY and m_maxY is the same (ie both are or 

positive or negative) my tick labels for Y axis are not.
