Software FX
1. ChartFX always draw the bubbles in the same order so you will have to make sure that you are providing the series in the proper order. You may want to save and email us a Chart file (chd) if you think you are providing the values in the proper order. 2. There is a property called PointLabelAlign that supports left, right, bottom and top alignments but it is measured from the center of the bubble. If you are using annotation objects you could add the radius of the bubble to its position and use this number when attaching the annotation objects. 3.ChartFX does not provide a way of ordering the labels in the legend box. The only flag that will affect the order on which the legend window is painted is called CHART_LINVERTED (added in version 4.0.12.0) Regards, Juan Cegarra Software FX, Inc. http://support.softwarefx.com -----Original Message----- From: Michael Ryan [ mailto:mikeryan@costflex.com] Posted At: Wednesday, December 22, 1999 11:59 AM Posted To: General Conversation: Help on Bubble Grapsh Subject: Help on Bubble Grapsh I've got 3 items that I can't figure out how to do on the attached bubble graph: 1. Data Point "A" is hidden behind point "D". When I plot the data I plot the largest points to the smallest so the smallest will be painted in front. However for this data point this is not happening. Is there a way to force a point to the front? 2. On all the bubbles, the Key (annotation text) is plotted in the middle of the bubble. Is there a way to plot the key on the outside edge of each bubble? (i.e. how to calculate the radius to plot the annotation text) 3. On the Key Legend, is there a way to sort it in alphabetical order? I would appreciate any insights. Thanks, Michael Ryan
