Exit on Menu

Hi, 

in an existing app, when I add Exit to the menu bar, and use the 

internalcommand event to unload the form, VB6 crashes. If I try it in a new 

app, it works OK. If I delete the chart from the existing app, paste in a 

new chart, and try unloading the form in the internalcommand event, VB6 

still crashes - Any ideas
