Bug in Toolbar Object

Hi, 

we just encountered hat seems to be a bug in the toolbar object. 

In our german windows (with decimal delimiter set to "," (comma)), trying to 

customize toolbar via designer causes unpredictable results, even crashes 

at times. 

Setting the delimiter to "." (dot, like the english standard and probably 

your 

local setting) seems to work fine. 

Somewhere in the deep of your component you are probably using floating 

point numbers that do not convert correctly and cause these problems. 

We are in urgent need for a workaround as our project is running late due 

too all 

the time spent with ChartFX98. 

Creating a new toolbar programmatically does not work either!
