Can't download the lastest service pack

Hi, 

I can't download the lastest service pack from SoftwareFX web site. I just 

see the error message that I list below after I click the lastest service 

pack button on http://support.softwarefx.com/chartfx/ 

Error Message: 

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e4d' 

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][sql Server]Unable to connect. The 

maximum number of '12' configured user connections are already connected. 

System Administrator can configure to a higher value with sp_configure.
