Scatter and lines

I use a scatter graph with points... and also want to show a medium line for

these points.

So, I've made 1 serie for each point + one serie for the line.

With the multipletype property, I put CT_SHOWLINES for the last serie.

* The line don't appear

* it appears when I go to series tab in property sheet and select the last

serie, then click apply. (no other changes)

Then the line is perfect, but any other thing I do make my Internet Explorer

fall down like...

step by step error....

Do I use the good method ?

Is it really possible to show points (Value and XValue) and a line ?

I'm a bit lost.. so thanks for responding.
